This excellent, modern villa is part of a small development of private villas, in a peaceful location only five minutes walk to the beautiful Los Pocilios beach. A wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops are within a few minutes walk and the centre of the resort is a twenty minute walk away. The villa benefits from the added luxury of a five-seater Jacuzzi Spa.For larger groups or several families nearby Casa del Rio and Villa Julia can also be rented.

Interior

This attractive, single storey villa is constructed and decorated to a high standard. The bright, comfortable, pleasantly furnished living room has doors out to the terrace. There is a modern, well-equipped, fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools. The villa has two pretty bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and there are two very well appointed bathrooms, one en-suite. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading onto the extensive sunbathing terrace. The washing machine is in a utility area which is walled and perfect for drying clothes.Casa Pipa can accommodate 4 people in the existing bedrooms and a further child under12 on a fold-a-way bed.

Exterior

The 8m x 3.5m heated swimming pool is accessed by ladders into the deep end and is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace with sunloungers. Ample sunbeds are provided for soaking up the long hours of Lanzarote sunshine and there is a patio table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool for comfortable al fresco dining and barbecuing. Patio doors from both bedrooms lead directly onto the spacious sunbathing terrace and there is a luxurious, Jacuzzi Spa with an outdoor shower.

Amenities

The villa is only a few minutes walk to the beautiful Los Pocillos beach and there is a shopping centre with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars close by. Local tennis courts can be booked at the Riu Hotel opposite the villa, where it is also possible to enjoy the evening entertainment over a drink. The main street of shops, bars and restaurants is only a ten minute walk from the villa and offers a wide selection of evening entertainment. Also within a ten minute walk of the villa is a small Wild West theme park where younger guests can enjoy the daily parrot, alligator and eagle shows. Horse riding is also available from the theme park for guests of all ages and abilities.

Services

There is a maid service once a week and towels are changed twice weekly.

Car Requirements

It is not essential to hire a car to enjoy the amenities of Puerto del Carmen, however car hire is recommended to explore the beautiful island of Lanzarote and its many attractions.
