It is in a sought after residential area of Costa Teguise and is less than five minutes walk to the lovely Las Cucharas beach and many restaurants, bars and amenities this popular resort has to offer. The Costa Teguise golf club and the islands only aqua park are a five minute drive away and the location is ideal for driving to some of the islands most famous attractions. The villa is one of a group of similar villas all in their own grounds and is surrounded by high walls, for privacy. For larger groups nearby Casa Colina and Villa Claudia are also available.
InteriorThis modern, single-storey villa offers a relaxed setting for a perfect holiday. The spacious living room has comfortable leather sofas and patio doors leading to the terrace and swimming pool. The kitchen has modern appliances, a breakfast bar with high stools and a door leading to a separate, formal dining room. Villa Rosalina has three beautiful bedrooms, which all have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a double bed and the two remaining bedrooms have twin beds. The villa benefits from two fully fitted bathrooms.
ExteriorPatio doors from the living room lead to the private sunbathing terrace, which surrounds the 7 x 3 metre, electrically heated swimming pool. A shaded dining area and a built in barbecue offers the perfect al fresco dining experience in this warm climate.
AmenitiesThe villa is located within a short walk to the beautiful Las Cucharas beach. There are many restaurants along the beach front and from there it is a ten minute walk along the promenade into the centre of Costa Teguise, with all its many and varied facilities. As well as fabulous swimming, the beach is famous for being an excellent windsurfing centre. There are supermarkets and shops nearby and it is a short drive to the golf course and the nearby aqua park.
