This excellent property is located within the popular resort of Puerto del Carmen. It is only 800 metres walk to the beautiful beach and long promenade, which is lined with a variety of shops, bars and international restaurants.

Interior

This single-storey villa is light and spacious throughout. The large living room has comfortable leather sofas and recliner chairs and patio doors leading to a terrace and the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and it leads through to a separate, formal dining room. Villa Bellisima has three attractively furnished bedrooms, all with fitted wardobes. The master bedroom has a king size bed and two further bedrooms have twin beds. There is also a fully fitted, family bathroom and a shower room.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living room lead to a covered terrace with patio dining furniture, offering welcome shade from the warm Canarian sunshine and a feature barbecue provides the ideal opportunity for al fresco dining. The electrically heated swimming pool measures 8 x 3.5 metres and can be entered via Roman steps. The terrace surrounding the pool has plenty of sun loungers for those wishing to soak up the sun and achieve a golden glow.

Amenities

The villa is situated in a residential area of Puerto del Carmen but within easy walking distance of the main promenade which has a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The fabulous golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen are nearby and it is conveniently located for touring the island. It is also only a five to ten minute's drive to the picturesque old-town harbour area with its choice of excellent local restaurants. Within a ten minute walk of the villa is a small Wild West theme park called Rancho Texas where younger guests can enjoy the daily parrot, alligator and eagle shows. Horse riding is also available from the theme park for guests of all ages and abilities.
