This modern and luxurious villa offers an excellent standard of holiday accommodation. It is only a ten minute walk to The Atlantico Centre, where there is a golden beach with purpose-built lagoons which are perfect for small children. The centre has a wealth of amenities, including a large supermarket, shops, restaurants, cinema and bowling alley. The attractive marina in the centre of Caleta de Fuste is less than a five minute drive, where there is a large beach and a variety of water sports on offer.

Interior

Villa Betancuria has recently been built to an extremely high standard and has contemporary furnishings. The living room is light and spacious with a pitched pine ceiling and natural light pouring in from two sets of patio doors, which lead to a covered terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped with modern appliances and has a separate utility area. This beautiful single-storey villa has three stylish bedrooms, which all have fitted wardrobes. The master suite has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with separate hydro massage shower and patio doors leading to a terrace. The two remaining bedrooms have twin beds and share a shower room with a large walk-in shower.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living room lead to a covered terrace, which has both dining furniture and a comfortable rattan suite, offering a choice of retreats from the hot midday sun. From the terrace, guests can enjoy views of the surrounding golf course, right out to sea. There is an outdoor, solar heated poolside shower next to the electrically heated swimming pool, which measures 8 x 4 metres and can be entered via roman steps. An excellent feature of this villa is its tranquil ‘Bali’ house, with large cushions, a perfect spot for reading and relaxing. Stairs at the side of the villa lead up to a large roof terrace with fantastic golf and sea views. There is a stair gate provided for child safety.

Amenities

This villa is located on the perimeter of the Las Cascadas 18 hole golf course, with the club house restaurant overlooking the green. For keen golfers who command variety, there is another 18 hole golf course next to Las Cascadas. The Atlantico Shopping Centre is a ten minute walk from the villa. Here guests can enjoy facilities such as bowling, restaurants and a multi-lingual cinema. There are also many shops and a large supermarket. The shopping centre leads down to a fantastic, shallow beach that is perfect for children. Guests can also use the fabulous Thalasso Spa facilities or book one of the therapeutic beauty treatments available at the 5* Sheraton Hotel. The centre of Caleta de Fuste is less than a five minute drive from the villa, where there is a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a picturesque marina offering a selection of excellent water excursions and wind surfing schools.

Services

For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service. Clients are required to pay a refundable security deposit upon arrival to the local manager of £150 or €150 in cash.
