Premier Holidays is pleased to offer the ground floor of this beautiful villa, which is located within a peaceful area of the exclusive Santa Maria development in Mellieha. This picturesque village has a selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets and it is only a five minute drive to the best sandy beach in Malta.

Interior

This attractive villa is well presented throughout. The living room is brightly decorated and has a dining area. The charming, pine kitchen is separate and has a breakfast table. Ghajn Zetuna has three light and airy bedrooms.There is one bedroom with a double bed and two twin bedrooms, one of which has patio doors leading to the terrace. The bedrooms share a family bathroom and a shower room.

Exterior

The exterior of this property is peaceful and picturesque, due to the surrounding sub-tropical gardens and trees. Ample sun loungers surround the inviting 8.5 x 5.3 metre swimming pool, which is entered via integral steps. Patio dining furniture in the middle of the terrace provides an ideal place to sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the neighbouring area with the sea in the distance.
The terrace and swimming pool is only for the use of guests staying in the ground floor of the villa.

Amenities

Ghajn Zetuna is situated in the north west of Malta in the exclusive and sought after Santa Maria Estate, on the edge of Mellieha. Mellieha is one of Malta’s most picturesque hilltop villages, while the town has now developed into a resort; it has managed to retain its rural character. Within the village are a choice of bars and restaurants, supermarkets and a shopping centre. The Santa Maria Estate is a noted for its large private villas and houses which have been built on land overlooking Mellieha Bay, which is about three kilometres away from the village and boasts the longest beach on Malta with clean, shallow water ideal for families with small children.

Services

There is a weekly maid service for those clients staying longer than 7 nights. Please note that air conditioning is available in the bedrooms as an optional extra and is arranged and charged locally.

Car Requirements

It is essential to hire a car on this fascinating island. The roads are good and every kilometre brings a new and interesting surprise. We can supply a good selection of hire cars or jeeps.
