The accommodation is divided between two beautifully decorated attached properties, which share the fabulous grounds and is perfect for larger groups or families wishing to holiday together.
InteriorThis converted farmhouse offers a traditional Gozitan experience. The living room, which was once a working mill, has been stylishly decorated and has a door leading to the pool area. The separate kitchen has a large breakfast table and arched ceilings. There are three delightful bedrooms within this side of the property, all of which are accessed via external stairs. The first bedroom is located on a mezzanine floor; it has twin beds, an en-suite shower room and patio doors opening on to a Juliette balcony. This floor has a beautifully furnished, shaded landing area, which provides a welcome break from the sun and is an ideal place to read and relax. Two further bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of the rooms has a double bed and an en-suite shower room and the other bedroom has a single bed and has access to a shower room. These bedrooms each have patio doors leading to a shared terrace. Annexe: The second part of the house is self contained and can be entered through a small courtyard, which leads to the split-level and open plan living room with formal dining table and country kitchen. One of the three bedrooms is also located on this level. It has twin beds and access to an outdoor shower room. An external stairway leads to a terrace on the first floor, which offers fabulous views of the surrounding area and is where the two remaining bedrooms are located. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other has twin beds and each room has an en-suite shower room.
ExteriorA pretty pathway from both sides of this property leads to the sun bathing terrace, which surrounds the large 9 x 4.5 metre swimming pool, entered via roman steps. Patio dining furniture and a barbecue offer the perfect setting for al fresco dining in this warm climate. The property is set within spacious and private grounds and provides the most fabulous views of the surrounding area.
AmenitiesDar Ta Ghasri is within a short walk to the centre of the village of Ghasri, which is known as the smallest village in Gozo. The village of Gharb is about a ten minute drive, it has a small central village square with a pharmacy, bakery, supermarket and a bar. A couple of farmhouse style restaurants can be found in the village and the resorts of Xlendi and beaches at Marsalforn are also only a short drive from the property.
