This impressive, semi-detached villa has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and it offers sea views out to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos. It is located in a residential area and is the perfect choice for a memorable villa holiday. It has access to the centre of Playa Blanca and the prestigious Marina Rubicon, via a 5km long promenade. The breathtaking Papagayo beaches are a ten minute drive from the villa. A small selection of restaurants, bars and a convenience store are within a small commercial development, a ten minute walk from the villa. For larger groups and families Villa Marianna is next door.

Interior

This contemporary villa is extremely light and spacious throughout. The living room is attractively decorated and has patio doors leading to a terrace and the swimming pool. There is a separate, modern kitchen with access to a formal dining room. Villa Ramona has two bedrooms. The master suite has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and use of a separate shower room. The villa will accommodate up to four adults and one child under twelve on a fold away bed.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living room lead to the partially covered terrace, which has comfortable patio dining furniture and is an idyllic location in which to sit and enjoy the fabulous views sea views. The exterior of this villa is very private and perfect for sunbathing around the 8 x 4 metre, electrically heated swimming pool.

Amenities

Villa Ramona is conveniently located a five minute drive from the centre of the resort, towards the old lighthouse of Playa Blanca. Within a 10-15 minute walk is a small commercial centre with a mini- mart and a couple of restaurants but a greater selection can be found in the town centre of Playa Blanca, 4.6 kilometres away. In recent years Playa Blanca has grown from a traditional Canarian fishing village into a fashionable tourist resort and has retained a great deal of its original character. A pretty promenade runs along the seafront and is lined with bars, restaurants and shops. The nearest golden sand beach is Playa Flamingo, 3.7 kilometres away which is extremely popular with families due to its shallow, calm nature. The pretty harbour of Playa Blanca is also the departure point for many excursions including trips to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. A water taxi is also available to take people to the unspoilt Papagayo beaches. The amazing Papagayo beaches are only a 20 minute drive away within the Los Ajaches Natural Park and are famous for their golden sands and aquamarine, clear waters. The traditional Canarian villages of Las Brenas, El Golfo and Femes are only a short drive away, as is the volcanic national park of Timanfaya.
