This charming Portuguese villa offers unbeatable panoramic views. It is located near the Goldra development, just a ten minute drive to the beautiful town of Loulé, which has a variety of amenities. In the other direction a short drive takes you to the charming town of Almancil, famous for its superb restaurants. The fabulous beaches of Quinta do Lago and Vale de Lobo are within easy driving distance.

Interior

This traditional, three-storey villa is comfortably furnished throughout. The living room is on the ground floor. It has leather sofas, a feature fireplace and an archway leading to the dining area. Two sets of patio doors lead to a covered terrace. The rustic, farmhouse kitchen has a breakfast table and a fireplace. On this floor there are three bedrooms, all of which have twin beds and patio doors leading to the covered terrace. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and one has an en-suite bathroom. The master suite is located on the first floor. It has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to a private balcony. On the lower ground floor, there are two further bedrooms, which are accessed separately via the garden. Both of these bedrooms have twin beds, en-suite shower rooms and patio doors leading to a shared covered terrace. The bedrooms on the lower ground floor will be available for parties of over eight adults and one child. For an extra charge it can be made available for smaller parties. From mid July to the end of August the whole villa must be booked. Villa Adriano can sleep twelve people in the existing bedrooms and two further children under 12 on a fold away bed.

Exterior

Villa Adriano is situated in an elevated position, offering spectacular 180 degree views right down to the coast. Patio doors from the living room and ground floor bedrooms lead to the large, covered terrace with a choice of comfortable seating areas. A few steps lead to the sun bathing terrace and swimming pool, which measures 6.5 x 5 metres and can be entered via roman steps. Another set of steps then lead to the beautiful gardens and orchard where you can pick lemons from the trees. Patio doors from the lower ground floor bedrooms lead to a covered terrace on this level and there is also a barbecue and a variety of seating areas.

Amenities

Villa Adriano is just outside the historic town of Loulé, where there is a selection of shops, traditional bars, restaurants and a supermarket. On Saturday there is a street market, with locals selling many items, including gifts and souvenirs. It is less than a ten minute drive to the town of Almancil, which is known for its remarkable restaurants and friendly locals. The area surrounding the villa offers miles of world class golf courses, suitable for any level of player. The fabulous resort of Vale de Lobo, which has a seemingly endless, white, sandy beach, is less than a twenty minute drive. Here there are a selection of exclusive beach bars and restaurants, with live music in the evenings. A little more than a twenty minute drive takes you to the prestigious resort of Vilamoura with its stylish and sophisticated marina. It is lined with an abundant choice of pavement cafes, international restaurants and bars, as well as fabulous, designer boutiques. Excellent marine excursions leave from here, including big game fishing, charter yachts and dolphin spotting.

Services

For this villa there is a maid service five times a week and a mid week towel change. For guests staying longer than one week there is also a weekly linen change.Underfloor heating is included during cooler months. Clients are required to pay a refundable security deposit of £200 in cash to the local manager upon arrival.
