This magnificent, prestigious villa is set in private and mature gardens. It is located in the Las Brisas area of the exclusive and sophisticated resort, Nueva Andalucia. The villa is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the local supermarket, restaurants and golf course. It is a five minute drive to the famous marina in Puerto Banus.

Interior

This outstanding villa is extremely spacious and air conditioned throughout. It is decorated to a very high standard, using ultra-modern furnishings. The stylish living room has a high ceiling, with wooden beams and patio doors leading to the covered terrace. There is a separate dining room, with a chic, formal dining suite. This room has patio doors on two sides, offering views of the gardens and pool area. There is a separate, fully-fitted kitchen of a contemporary design, with access to a utility room. Villa Angelina has four beautiful bedrooms, plus a study with a double sofa-bed. The master bedroom is on the first floor and is accessed by a mezzanine staircase. It has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor there are three twin bedrooms, two have en-suite bathrooms and one has an en-suite shower room. There is also a guest cloakroom.

Exterior

The exterior of this property is fabulous and very private. The sea views are magnificent and the tranquillity is unbeatable. Patio doors from the living room lead out to a huge covered terrace which provides welcome shade from the hot sun. There are comfortable sofas where guests can relax and unwind with a cool drink, while enjoying the view. The terrace has a comfortable dining area with a barbecue, providing an idyllic setting for al fresco dining and entertaining. This area overlooks the impressive swimming pool, which measures 11 x 5 metres and is entered by roman steps and surrounded by ample sun loungers.

Amenities

Nueva Andalucia is an attractive area west of Marbella only five minute drive to Puerto Banus that accommodates Marbella’s one and only Casino. The villa is located on the edge of the Las Brisas golf course, with a variety of additional golf courses close by. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks and a gym are only one kilometre away. Puerto Banus is only two kilometres from the villa and has a wonderful beach, which stretches towards Marbella, perfect for a stroll along its promenade. In the summer months, bullfights take place in the local bullring, which is 1,5 kilometers away and is also host to excellent concerts from international bands. From there you can walk down to the yacht harbour of Puerto Banus where you will find an amazing choice of designer shops and restaurants that turn into a buzzing night life area in the late evenings. The town of Marbella is a 12 kilometres drive, passing through the "Golden Mile" with more exquisite restaurants and beach bars locally called Chiringuitos.
