This marvellous villa is full of traditional Spanish charm and character. It is set in peaceful, mature gardens and has a fantastic, covered entertaining area. The villa is situated in the Nerja countryside, only five minutes drive to the nearest golden beach, an ideal place to snorkel in the clear waters. It is two miles to the town centre of Nerja, with its variety of shops, restaurants, bars and 18-hole golf course.

Interior

This fascinating villa has an enchanting feel and holds on to its Spanish heritage. The open plan living room is on the first floor. It is bright and spacious, with comfortable sofas and a formal dining table. Patio doors lead to a covered balcony, which has patio furniture and provides distant sea views. Villa Lopez has five delightful bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor, it has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and French doors leading to a Juliette balcony. There is another bedroom on this level, which has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Three further bedrooms, all with twin beds, are situated on the ground floor. These bedrooms share a fully-fitted, family bathroom.

Exterior

This superb holiday villa is set in an elevated position, with fabulous views of the sea and countryside. The picturesque, mature gardens that surround the property have beautiful lawns, sub-tropical plants and a beautiful water fountain. There is a fantastic, covered entertaining area, decorated using traditional Mediterranean colours and tiles. The private swimming pool which measures 8 x 4 metres, is entered via ladder steps and is surrounded by terraces with ample sun beds.

Amenities

Nerja is set on a mountainside and is most famous for its “Balcon de Europa”. This is a fantastic viewpoint built into the side of a cliff with spectacular views to the sea. The town centre is lovely with white washed houses, cobblestone streets and a good choice of restaurants. From here you can also take a romantic horse carriage ride. There are several beaches along the Nerja coastline. The biggest one is Burriana beach and offers a wide range of tourist facilities ranging from water sport activities to small supermarkets, bars and restaurants. There are more hidden beaches to be discovered along the coast, which can only be accessed by foot. Nerja also has a fabulous 18-hole golf course and is close to many other courses in the Costa del Sol.

Services

For guests staying longer then two weeks, there is a weekly clean with towel and linen change. A refundable security deposit of €100 is required upon arrival.
