This excellent, detached villa is a perfect property for a memorable villa holiday in the sun. Its location in the hills above Calahonda, provides the most spectacular distant sea views. A selection of local restaurants, bars and a supermarket are all within walking distance. The famous resort of Marbella is just a twenty minute drive and it is a thirty-five minute transfer from Malaga airport.

Interior

This traditional, three storey villa has a large living room with a dining area and two sets of patio doors leading to the covered terrace. The kitchen is modern and spacious with a breakfast bar opposite the dining area. Villa Viera has five bedrooms. The large master bedroom is on the first floor. It has a double bed, a dressing area, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to a terrace. The terrace is shared with the other two bedrooms on this floor, which have twin beds and share a shower room. The lower ground floor has a living area and two bedrooms with twin beds. There are also two shower rooms on this level.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living room lead to the covered terrace with patio dining furniture and a comfortable seating area. The extensive gardens and sunbathing terraces, which surround the 10 x 3 metre swimming pool offer breathtaking sea views. There is a second dining area, with a barbecue which is in an ideal position for al fresco dining in the warm sun.

Amenities

This sought after holiday and residential area of Calahonda is conveniently located a twenty minute drive east of Marbella. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants located in the three commercial centres in this area. It is a four kilometre drive to the beautiful Calahonda beach, where there are a variety of water sports on offer. There are many golf challenging 18 hole courses in this area to suit the needs of any level of player. A drive into the mountains leads to Mijas one of the most picturesque villages in southern Spain where the Hippodrome is host to exciting horse races and open air concerts with international performers during the summer months.
