These superb, modern villas are in a prime position, overlooking the golf course with fabulous mountain and distant sea views. The resort has a golf course and a club house with a restaurant and bar. There are a variety of amenities within the resort, including a luxurious Sheraton Hotel with an Aloe Spa. It is a fifteen minute drive to the resort of Maspalomas, with its spectacular sand dunes, golden beaches, boutiques and international restaurants. The popular resorts of Puerto Rico and Playa del Ingles are a twenty minute drive from the villa.

Interior

These exquisite terraced villas are decorated in a contemporary style and are light and airy throughout. Every room has the benefit of air conditioning and heating. The open plan living and dining area is impressively furnished and has patio doors leading out to the covered terrace. The separate kitchen has high quality appliances with everything needed for a self catering holiday. Villas Lolita have three bedrooms, all with twin beds placed together and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is on the ground floor with patio doors leading onto the main sunbathing terrace and pool area. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor and share a shower room. One of the bedrooms has patio doors leading to a private terrace which has beautiful views overlooking the resort. The villa will accommodate six people and a further child under twelve on a fold away bed.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living room and the master bedroom lead out to a covered dining terrace which provides a welcome shade from the warm Canarian sun. The electrically heated swimming pool is surrounded by decking and measures 4 x 2.5 metres. It is entered via ladder steps. The south facing sun bathing terraces provide an ideal place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine, whilst taking in the magnificent views or watching the sun set behind the mountains.

Amenities

The Salobre Golf and Resort complex offers many facilities, starting with its 18 and 9 hole golf courses, golf school and pro-shop. There is a local supermarket and guests can order fresh bread and a newspaper to be delivered daily to their villa. This peaceful setting is ideal for walking, hiking and cycling amid the landscaped gardens filled with palm trees and flowers. Additional facilities available for people staying in the Salobre villas include a personal in-villa chef service, soothing massage in your own villa and a complimentary shuttle bus to Beach Club Maspalomas. An extensive choice of relaxing beauty treatments is available in the Sheraton Spa, where guests can book one of the many holistic packages on offer. A fifteen minute drive from Salobre is the southern resort of Maspalomas that has more 12 km of sand dunes. The Canary Islands largest water park, Aqualand is located here, with dozens of slides and attractions. The lively resort of Playa del Ingles, famous for its variety of bars, discos and shopping centres, is only twenty minute drive away. Puerto Rico, again a twenty minute drive, but in the opposite direction, is a family resort that offers water sport activities including sailing, deep sea fishing, windsurfing and diving. Salobre resort is a thirty minute drive from Las Palmas airport and limousine transfers can be booked for guests staying in the villas.
