Located in Puerto Calero, it is a five minute walk downhill to the exclusive marina, which has an impressive promenade of international restaurants, bars and designer boutiques. Several fascinating marine excursions depart from here. Puerto del Carmen is a five minute drive away. Here you will find the picturesque, charming, old-town harbour that has a selection of fish restaurants and bars, as well as the resort centre, with its miles of golden beaches and superb amenities. Neighbouring Villa Rosato is situated close by for larger groups or families wishing to holiday together.
InteriorThis elegant villa is spacious throughout and decorated to a high standard. The living room is stylishly furnished, light pours in through the large picture window and patio doors lead to a terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Sliding doors from the living room lead into the formal dining room and there is a separate, modern and fully equipped kitchen, with access to a courtyard and utility area. Villa Blanca has three large, attractive bedrooms with ceiling fans and generous, built in wardrobes. The first bedroom has two single beds placed together and an en-suite bathroom. The second has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite with a walk-in Canarian style shower. There is also a separate guest cloakroom with WC.
ExteriorFor those wanting a break from the Lanzarote sun, there is a beautiful outdoor living area, with rattan sofas, perfect for either entertaining or relaxing. Steps then lead down to a large sunbathing terrace, which surrounds the electrically heated 9 x 4.5 metre swimming pool entered by roman steps. Patio dining furniture, a feature Canarian barbecue and romantic lighting offer al fresco dining, whilst enjoying the most breathtaking sunsets. The villa has private off road parking with an electric gate and a double garage.
AmenitiesPuerto Calero is the first and most famous marina on Lanzarote. It was designed and built to attract the worlds most glamorous super yachts and offers an accordingly sophisticated atmosphere. Many exclusive regattas are hosted here which even attract members of the Spanish royal family along with famous sports people. A variety of restaurants, designer shops and a supermarket are located along the waterfront with charming views of the hustle and bustle of the marina. The Canarian Cetacean Museum offers a unique opportunity to learn about dolphin and whale sounds and habits through over two hundred exhibits. There is also a selection of excellent excursions that leave from the marina, including a submarine diving adventure, catamaran sailing, big game fishing and the possibility of chartering yachts and luxury cruisers. A modern thalasso therapy centre is available for walk-in appointments at the nearby Costa Calero Hotel. This offers special treatments under medical supervision, salt water swimming pool, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, massage service, and algae and mud treatments, gymnasium, plus a hair and beauty salon to round off the relaxation on offer. A water taxi or bus service links the area with the main resort of Puerto del Carmen; clients with cars can drive there in less than five minutes. The resort is home to five kilometres of spectacular, golden beaches. Puerto Calero is a fifteen minute transfer from the airport.
