This superb, elegantly furnished villa is set in a quiet residential area, on the edge of the exclusive Costa Teguise golf course and within walking distance to the aqua park. The centre of the resort of Costa Teguise is only a five minute drive away, offering an extensive choice of beautiful golden beaches, excellent shops, bars and restaurants.

Interior

This beautiful single storey villa is built in a traditional Spanish style and has a feeling of space and light throughout. It has been lovingly renovated to a very high standard using warm Mediterranean colours. An entrance hall leads into the large, stylishly decorated living room with a dining area. Light pours into the room via the feature Canarian skylights and the large patio doors that lead out to the swimming pool and garden. The fully fitted, separate, modern kitchen has a breakfast table, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the garden and access to the exterior dining area. Casa Leopoldo has five bedrooms each with wooden shutters on the windows and portable fans. The master suite has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. A bedroom with a double bed and one with twin beds each have en-suite bath or shower rooms. A bedroom with single bed and one with twin beds placed together share a shower room.

Exterior

Patio doors from both the living room and the kitchen lead out to the extensive sun bathing terrace, with ample sun beds, which is perfect for soaking up the warm Lanzarote sun. The 7 x 4 metre electrically heated swimming pool is entered by roman steps and has a poolside shower. A superb feature of this unique villa is the Mediterranean style covered dining area with its rustic warm colours. The villa has well maintained gardens and views of the mature palm trees that surround the nearby golf course. Romantic lighting in the evening provides a truly idyllic holiday atmosphere in this delightful, peaceful setting.

Amenities

Casa Leopoldo is only 1.4km from the 18 hole Costa Teguise Golf Course, with its charming Club House restaurant is open all day for snacks and meals. The aqua park is a fifteen minute walk from the villa, with a wide range of attractions to suit all ages. There are four beaches in Costa Teguise, all of which have beautiful golden sand. Playa de los Charcos, a pretty, protected beach with a gentle slope into the sea is only a five minute drive from the villa. A promenade links Playa los Charcos to the neighbouring beach of Playa las Cucharas and the bars, shops and restaurants surrounding it. Las Cucharas beach is also very well known for its excellent windsurfing facilities. The excellent Beatriz Hotel and its world class Thalasso Wellness Spa can be enjoyed by guests staying in nearby villas. The resort is only a fifteen minute transfer from the airport and twenty five minutes from Puerto Del Carmen. The capital city of Arrecife, with its wide variety of shops and restaurants is a ten minute drive away.
