This superior, modern villa is finished to a high standard and offers spacious and attractive holiday accommodation. It is located is on a residential development, a few minutes drive from the centre of the popular resort of Playa Blanca. It is an ideal choice for guests wanting to be away from the hustle and bustle, whilst having access to all that this lovely, southern coast of Lanzarote has to offer, including the breathtaking Papagayo beaches and ferries to neighbouring Fuerteventura. A selection of small restaurants, bars and a convenience store are within a 20 minutes walk of the villa.

Interior

This light and airy, single storey villa has been stylishly decorated to a very high standard and offers spacious accommodation. The living room has leather furniture, a high sloped ceiling and
patio doors leading out to a covered terrace. The modern, adjacent kitchen is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar and is fully fitted and well equipped for a self catering holiday. There is also a utility room with laundry facilities. Villa Gabriella has two very attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite, marble bathroom and patio doors to the swimming pool. The second bedroom has twin beds with windows overlooking the pool and access to a separate shower room.

Exterior

Patio doors lead from the living room onto a furnished, covered terrace and the 7x3 metre, electrically heated swimming pool, which is entered by roman steps. At one side of the villa there is a covered dining area open to the terrace at one end and accessed from the kitchen. It can be romantically lit at night and due to the warm Playa Blanca climate, provides a marvellous venue for al fresco dining, on long Lanzarote evenings.

Amenities

Villa Gabriella is conveniently located a 5-10 minutes drive outside of the centre of the resort, towards the old lighthouse of Playa Blanca. The nearest supermarket is a 15-20 minute walk or a few minutes drive and there is a good selection of restaurants and bars within a 5 minute drive, as well as the beautiful, golden Playa Flamingo beach. The recently opened, sophisticated Puerto Rubicon Marina is a 10 minute drive from the villa and is the location of many exclusive boutiques, bars and restaurants. Several excursions, including a catamaran trip, depart from the Marina. The pretty harbour of Playa Blanca is also the departure point for many excursions including trips to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. A water taxi is also available to take people to Papagayo beaches. In recent years Playa Blanca has grown from a traditional Canarian fishing village into a fashionable tourist resort and has retained a great deal of its original character. A pretty promenade runs along the seafront and is lined with bars, restaurants and shops. The amazing Papagayo beaches are only a 20 minute drive away and are famous throughout Spain for their unspoilt location, golden sands and aquamarine, clear waters. The unspoilt Canarian villages of Las Brenas, El Golfo and Femes are only a short drive away, as is the volcanic national park of Timanfaya.
