It is an ideal choice for people wanting relaxation and peace for a memorable holiday. Located near to the Sea Caves area of Coral Bay, Villa Ulyssas is within driving distance of all the local amenities.
InteriorThis two- storey, modern and spacious villa has been decorated in Cypriot style and has an open plan living room, dining area and well-appointed kitchen. The comfortably furnished living room has access to a covered terrace and the swimming pool through sliding patio doors. Villa Ulyssas has three bedrooms, with built in wardrobes and air-conditioning. The air conditioning is extra and is payable locally. The spacious master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, with a Jacuzzi bath and patio doors leading to a huge terrace, with magnificent, panoramic views across the countryside to the sea. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, one is located on the first floor and has an en-suite shower room and patio doors to the terrace. The other is on the ground floor, with access to a shower room and has patio doors to the pool area.
ExteriorStanding in its own spacious grounds, with only two neighbouring houses, this villa has open views but retains a good level of privacy. Doors lead out from the living room onto a large terrace, which surrounds the 8x4 metre swimming pool, which is entered by roman steps. Patio furniture and a barbecue are provided for al fresco dining in the wonderful, warm Cypriot climate, whilst enjoying the tranquil scenery.
AmenitiesVilla Ulyssas sits slightly inland on a gentle hill with views to the Sea Caves area of Coral Bay, named as such due to the natural caves that have formed at the base of the steep cliffs along the coast. A 10 minutes drive takes you to the coast of Coral Bay, a delightful resort renowned for its superb sandy beaches offering a wide selection of water-sports. Within the resort is a small amusement arcade, mini-golf and nearby are go-carting, horse riding, a Bird Park and a Reptile Park offering fun for all the family. With a large choice of tavernas, bars, restaurants, shops and banks, Coral bay provides all the amenities for a self catering holiday. The traditional village of Peyia, with it's tavernas and restaurants, lies 3 kilometres inland from Coral Bay and can be reached within 5 minutes drive. Paphos Town centre, harbour, tourist area and water park can be reached within 20 minutes drive. The start of the Akamas Nature reserve is only a couple of kilometres to the north.
