This immaculate villa is in a superb, residential location, only a two minute walk to the attractive, white sand beach of Arenal den Castell. A ten minute walk takes you into this small town on the northern coast, which has a variety of amenities including restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

Interior

This new villa has been built and well furnished, to a high standard and is bright and spacious throughout, offering excellent holiday accommodation. The rooms are all on one floor, however as there is a garage below, some are raised. The living room has a dining area and patio doors to a covered balcony with patio furniture. There is a very modern and fully fitted kitchen with a marble work surface and large patio doors leading to the garden, terrace and swimming pool. Villa Castell has three very attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a private, covered terrace. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, which share a shower room.

Exterior

Surrounded by pine trees, which give welcome shade to parts of the property, the garden and terrace provide an attractive and relaxing area. An al fresco dining area has an overhead, retractable awning and overlooks the 7x4 metre swimming pool, which is entered by roman steps.

Amenities

Villa Castell is ideally located within a 2 minute walk of the glorious, golden sand beach of Arenal Den Castell. The beach curves around a long bay and offers safe bathing and a good range of water-sports including pedaloes and windsurfing. Cafes and bars line the beach and the resort offers a wide range of restaurants. Arenal Den Castell has a host of shops providing everything for a self catering holiday. For a greater selection of shops, the historic capital of Mahon is approximately a 20 minute drive away. The picturesque Bay of Fornells is 16 kilometres north of Arenal den Castell and is a fishing village renowned for its authentic Minorcan cuisine, fresh from the sea. The nearby resort of Son Parc, a 10 minute drive away, boasts the island’s only golf course catering to both beginners and experienced golfers alike and is set close to the beach amongst impressive scenery.

Services

For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service. A refundable breakage deposit of £350 is required to be paid locally, on arrival, in the form of a personal cheque.
