This attractive, traditional farmhouse and its’ surrounding garden have a great deal of charm and offer comfortable villa accommodation and excellent outdoor living. It is well located in the village of Torret, with restaurants that are within walking distance and only a three minute drive away from the town of Sant Luis. The southern beaches of Punta Prima and Binibeca are less than a ten minute drive from the property.

Interior

Simply decorated to retain its authentic charm, this two storey villa is ideal for those seeking a taste of true Menorcan living, with the outside connecting from most rooms. The spacious living and dining room is decorated simply with local antiques and has a wall of patio doors leading out to a large covered terrace. The fully equipped, country kitchen also has direct access out to the terrace. Casa Valora has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed consisting of two singles placed together, an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with beautiful, country views. There are two bedrooms with twin beds on the ground floor, one of which has doors to the garden. They share a full bathroom.

Exterior

The delightful, mature and colourful garden is mostly lawn and provides a tranquil atmosphere for a truly relaxing holiday. Leading out from the living room is a very large, covered terrace which offers cool and pleasant shade over the patio dining area and is romantically lit at night. The lovely 7x3.5 swimming pool is entered by roman steps and surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace. A toilet and shower in an adjacent annexe is accessible without going into the main house.

Amenities

Casa Valora is situated in the pretty hamlet of Torret. Offering peace and quiet, this sleepy hamlet lies slightly inland of the south coast of Menorca approximately 6 kilometres away from the beach resort of Binibeca. Set on the edge of the sea with a maze of narrow streets and tiny squares, Binebeca has developed into one of the most complete and popular resorts on the island. To one end of the resort is the old fishing village with its multitude of bars and restaurants and shops while at the other you can find Cala Torret, another attractive development with all amenities. Separating the two is the lovely family beach of Binebeca with its gently shelving sands offering safe bathing for all. Torret itself has three restaurants, however the town of San Lluis where there is a supermarket, banks and shops is only 1.5 kilometres away.

Services

For guests staying longer than 7 nights there is a weekly maid service. A refundable breakage deposit of £350 is required to be paid locally, on arrival, in the form of a personal cheque.
