This charming, rural property offers comfortable holiday accommodation, with private swimming pool in a pretty, colourful, mature garden. It is well located, 6 kilometres to Pollensa and only 3.5 kilometres to the nearest beach, popular with windsurfers and watersport enthusiasts. The golden, long sandy beach in the resort of Port de Pollensa is just a few kilometres further on. For larger groups, this villa can be booked together with nearby Casa Reina Grande.

Interior

This pretty, stone villa is attractively furnished to a good standard and has wooden beamed ceilings throughout. It has a spacious, open plan living and dining room with a well-equipped kitchen and patio doors leading out to the garden. Casita Reina has two twin bedrooms which share a full bathroom.

Exterior

Doors lead out from the living room to a delightful, mature garden with patio furniture for al fresco dining and a large barbecue area. Grass surrounds the 5x3 metre swimming pool, which is entered by roman steps. It is surrounded by green lawns, providing sufficient space for several sun loungers and for basking in the sun. Set in an idyllic location within the grounds of an old Mallorquine estate, it has mature gardens and offers a good degree of privacy.

Amenities

Casita Reina is only a short drive to the coast and all the amenities of the resorts of Port de Pollensa and Alcudia. The friendly village of Pollensa is located only 6 kilometres from the villa and is a good base from which to explore the dramatic scenery of Mallorca’s northeast coast. Located 63 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, pretty Pollensa sits in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains and is full of traditional charm. Visit Plaza Major, where you can enjoy memorable hours of alfresco dining or just have a drink at one of the many charming local bars. Eleven kilometres away in the relaxed, family resort of Port de Pollensa you will find the Bay of Pollensa with its sheltered, horseshoe shaped beach and warm, shallow aquamarine waters. A beautiful, tree lined promenade stretches along the seafront to the harbour where you can enjoy a selection of marine excursions. Port de Pollensa has an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants and even offers a fine variety of antique shops and art galleries. There is a Sunday market in the town of Pollensa and a Wednesday market in Port de Pollensa brimming with colourful local produce and handicrafts. The nine-hole golf course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike, is only 6 kilometres away. The waterpark in the neighbouring resort of Alcudia is only 6 kilometres away, popular with families this resort boasts one of the largest beaches on the island.
