This traditional, rural property offers comfortable holiday accommodation in an idyllic location. It has expansive views over the surrounding countryside is located near the Albufera Natural Park, 6 kilometres to Pollensa and only 3.5 kilometres to the nearest beach. For larger groups this villa can be booked together with nearby Casita Reina.

Interior

This semi detached, two storey, family villa is furnished to a good standard and has attractive, wood beamed ceilings throughout. It has a cosy living room with natural stone walls, a fire place and patio doors leading out to the garden. An archway leads to the large, open plan dining room and well-fitted kitchen, with two further sets of patio doors. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. Casa Reina Grande has three bedrooms, with air-conditioning, on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms with twin beds and they share a further full bathroom.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living and dining rooms lead to a large, covered terrace with superb views over the lovely garden, pool and surrounding lush countryside. The terrace, furnished with outside table and chairs, provides a lovely, sheltered location for al fresco dining.Casa Reina Grande has a 9 x 4 metre swimming pool, entered by ladder steps. It is surrounded by green lawns, providing sufficient space for several sun loungers and basking in the sun. Set in an idyllic location within the grounds of an old Mallorquine estate, it has mature gardens offers a good degree of privacy.

Amenities

Casa Reina Grande is only a short drive to the coast and all the amenities of the resorts of Port de Pollensa and Alcudia. The nearest beach of Can Cap de Bou, popular with sailing and windsurfing enthusiasts is only 3.5 kilometres away. The friendly village of Pollensa is located only 6 kilometres from the villa and is a good base from which to explore the dramatic scenery of Mallorca’s northeast coast. Located 63 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, pretty Pollensa sits in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains and is full of traditional charm. Narrow, winding streets lead to the bustling town square, the Plaza Major, where you can enjoy memorable hours of alfresco dining or just a drink at one of the many charming local bars. Eleven kilometres away in the relaxed, family resort of Port de Pollensa you will find the Bay of Pollensa with its sheltered horseshoe shaped beach and warm, shallow aquamarine waters. A beautiful, tree lined promenade stretches along the seafront to the harbour where you can enjoy a selection of marine excursions. Port de Pollensa has an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants and even offers a fine variety of antique shops and art galleries. There is a Sunday market in the town of Pollensa and a Wednesday market in the Port de Pollensa brimming with colourful local produce and handicrafts. The nine-hole golf course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike, is only 6 kilometres away. The larger resort of Alcudia is only 6 kilometres away, boasting one of the largest beaches on Mallorca and for families there is the water park.
