This superior, rural property is a new villa which has been built in a traditional, Mallorcean farmhouse style. It offers excellent holiday accommodation in a good combination of modern and traditional surroundings. Casa Romero is in a prime location, just 3 kilometres from Pollensa Town, where there is a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. A golden, sandy beach can be found in Cala San Vicente, less than a 10 minute drive away.

Interior

This single storey villa has been stylishly decorated with high quality, modern furnishings, and provides accommodation of great character and charm. Beautiful local artefacts, floor tiles, stunning wood beamed ceilings and top quality, modern bathrooms are featured throughout. The living room has comfortable seating, a feature fireplace, a dining area and patio doors to a covered terrace. The modern, well appointed kitchen has a breakfast table and doors to the garden. Casa Romero has three attractive, air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room and there are two bedrooms with twin beds, which share a full bathroom. The shower room and toilet can also be accessed from the poolside terrace, for added convenience.

Exterior

Directly outside the living room and kitchen there is a large, covered terrace with al fresco dining furniture, perfect for long, warm evenings. It overlooks the beautiful garden, the furnished sun terrace and 7x3.5 metre swimming pool, which is entered by roman steps. This property is fenced in for the added safety of children.

Amenities

The friendly village of Pollensa is located only 3 kilometres from the villa and is a good base from which to explore the dramatic scenery of Mallorca’s north coast. Located 63 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, pretty Pollensa sits in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains and is full of traditional charm. Narrow, winding streets lead to the bustling town square, the Plaza Major, where you can enjoy memorable hours of alfresco dining, or a drink, at one of the many charming local bars. Six kilometres away in the relaxed, family resort of Port de Pollensa you will find the Bay of Pollensa with its sheltered horseshoe shaped beach and warm, shallow aquamarine waters. A beautiful, tree lined promenade stretches along the seafront to the harbour where you can enjoy a selection of marine excursions. Port de Pollensa has an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants and even offers a fine variety of antique shops and art galleries. There is a Sunday market in the town of Pollensa and a Wednesday market in the Port de Pollensa brimming with colourful local produce and handicrafts. A nine-hole golf course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike, is only 7 kilometres away. The larger resort of Alcudia is only 15 kilometres away, boasting one of the largest beaches on Mallorca and for families there is the water park. A 10 minute drive through spectacular scenery and coastline will lead you to one of the smallest resorts on the island, Cala San Vicente. This pretty coastal village boasts 3 small beaches and coves, and is known to be one of the most outstanding beauty spots on the north coast of Mallorca.
