This is an impressive villa with breathtaking panoramic views to the sea, the Rock of Calpe and overlooking the small marina and harbour of Basetes. Tastefully decorated this beautiful villa is the perfect holiday retreat, being only a short drive away from picturesque Moraira.

Interior

La Ventana is set in an elevated position above the picturesque harbour of Basetes and extends over two levels giving panoramic views from all bedrooms, living areas and terraces. Stairs from the entrance lead down to the elegant, open plan living and dining area and well equipped kitchen. Large picture windows and patio doors are on all sides to maximise the fantastic views and flooding the room with light. The villa has three bedrooms, all with double beds and fitted wardrobes. On the lower level is one bedroom with an en-suite bath and shower room and patio doors that lead out onto the terrace. Another staircase from the entrance leads up to the upper floor where there are two further bedrooms once again both with stunning uninterrupted sea views which share a bath and shower room. Both rooms have direct access to a furnished balcony/terrace which runs the length of the upstairs.

Exterior

The exterior of this villa is truly spectacular enjoying un-obstructed views across to the sea and to the north as far as Moraira and to the south as far as the Ifach Rock in Calpe. Patio doors lead from the living room onto the terrace which surrounds the 8 X 5 metre swimming pool accessed by roman steps. The pool area is surrounded by several levels of terracing planted with palm trees and colourful sub-tropical plants. Outside dining furniture provides an idyllic venue for al fresco dining. Due to the different levels of terracing the villa may not be suitable for small children.

Amenities

There is a small selection of shops, a supermarket and restaurants within 1 kilometre of the villa and you can easily and quickly reach the small marina of Basettes which is situated just below the villa. Major supermarkets, many restaurants and a large selection of shops can be found in the town of Calpe which is some 3 kilometres or a five to ten minute drive away. There are seven coves and beaches in the Benissa coast area, ranging from the small natural fine sandy beach of La Fustera which has been awarded the EU’s Blue Flag for quality and which during the summer season has sun-beds for hire, a bar and a children’s playground, to Cap Blanc’s craggy and rough cliffs which make for good snorkelling below and a good viewing point for the whole of the Benissa coastline from above. A few kilometres further east is Moraira’s golden sand Ampolla beach. This is the largest and most popular beach in the area with an excellent range of facilities such as games, sun-beds, showers, restaurants, as well as ample parking. Moraira itself is where you’ll also find a wide selection of bars, shops and restaurants mainly centred around the old fishing port.Just 3.5 kilometres from the villa the Ifach 9 hole Golf Club located on a country estate is a great place for a round of golf while enjoying spectacular views over the surrounding area.

For guests staying longer than 1 week there is a weekly maid service. A refundable security deposit of 300€ is required to be paid upon arrival to the local manager.
