In a prime position overlooking the 4th green of Ibiza’s golf course, this villa offers excellent accommodation. It is on a sought after, residential development and has glorious views over lush, mountainous scenery. Located midway between Ibiza town and Sta Eulalia it is a perfect location for an affordable villa holiday.

Interior

This stylish villa is made bright and airy by the full frontal patio doors to the terrace to the front of the property. It has a large, open plan living and dining room with air conditioning and a compact, fully fitted kitchen. Can Llisa has three very attractive bedrooms. Two have double beds and patio doors, to different terraces and one has twin beds. There are two very modern bathrooms and the villa benefits from air-conditioning in the living room and two of the bedrooms.

Exterior

A large, covered terrace outside the living room has a built in barbecue and seating for al fresco dining. It overlooks the swimming pool which measures 7x3 metres and is entered by roman steps. The views from here are superb and the villa is kept quite private from the neighbouring properties, by walls and the established garden trees and shrubs.

Amenities

Can LLisa is located in an enviable position on the residential development on Roca Llisa, Ibiza’s only golf course. Roca Llisa is located midway between Ibiza Town and Santa Eulalia and the smaller village of Jesus and Cala Llonga so nothing is more than a short drive away. The small village of Jesus is where you will find the closest bars, restaurants and a small selection of local shops. The popular local style bar restaurant at the cross roads in Jesus is a popular meeting spot for locals and ex-pat residents from all over Northern Europe and is an ideal spot to have a coffee and watch the world go by .The two small beaches of Cala Olivera and Sol d’en Serra are nearby within a 5 to 10 minute drive. The larger beach and resort of Cala Llonga are only a 10 minutes drive away where shops, supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants border the magnificent wide sandy beach surrounded by pine-clad hills on either side. Cosmopolitan Ibiza Town and busy Santa Eulalia are just 9 and 7 kilometres away respectively although a ferry boat departs from the Cala Llonga beach jetty several times a day to both towns along with Es Cana and the hippy market. A day trip to the neighbouring island of Formentera is also a popular excursion.

Services

For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service. A refundable security deposit of 500 Euros payable locally upon arrival either in cash or by credit card imprint.
