This excellent villa is set in a large property with magnificent, country views over the countryside, to the Citadel of Ibiza town. The villa has a superb outdoor area around a large, swimming pool and benefits from a Jacuzzi and a paddle tennis court.

Interior

This beautiful villa has been decorated to a high standard and is very spacious, light and airy. It is built around a charming, central courtyard and has excellent views from most of the rooms. It has a large living room with leather sofas, a fireplace and patio doors to the terrace. The dining room is open plan with a walk-in bar area and access to the swimming pool. The fully fitted kitchen has a breakfast table and terrace access. Can Alibri has five attractive bedrooms. On the first floor is the master bedroom and a twin bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, an enormous, terrace with panoramic views and a luxury, en-suite marble bathroom, with a sunken bath and Jacuzzi. Please note that the terrace walls are very low so it is not suitable for children and care should be taken at all times. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor, one of which has a double bed, an en-suite shower room and patio doors to the courtyard. A single bedroom and one with twin beds share a bathroom. The single room can accommodate an extra bed for a tenth person.

Exterior

The stunning grounds of this property provide a wonderful venue for a family holiday. A large, covered terrace with patio furniture overlooks the swimming pool. This, together with a poolside barbecue and al fresco dining area, provides an idyllic venue for many hours of relaxation, in this wonderful climate. The10x5 metre swimming pool is entered by roman steps and has a slide and adjacent, sunken Jacuzzi. A toilet and shower are accessible from the terrace.

Amenities

Can Alibri is situated 1 kilometre back from the main Ibiza Town to Santa Eulalia road, just 1.5 kilometres from the village of Jesus. It is an ideal base from which to be able to relax and soak up the jetset Ibiza way of life close to the islands hotspots. The nearest towns of Ibiza and Santa Eulalia are 3 and 9 kilometres away respectively, whilst the islands golf course at Roca Llisa is also just 4 kilometres from the villa. There are many beaches within a short drive of the villa the nearest being Talamanca which is just 5 kilometres away, and both the trendy Las Salinas and family friendly Cala Llonga beaches are less than a 20 minute drive away. Closer by, the village of Jesus is where you will find the closest bars, restaurants and a small selection of local shops. The popular local style bar restaurant at the cross roads in Jesus is a popular meeting spot for locals and ex-pat residents from all over Northern Europe and is an ideal spot to have a coffee and watch the world go by. Supermarkets and every other type of shopping can be found in the islands main towns mentioned above.

Services

For guests staying longer then seven nights there is a weekly maid service. A refundable security deposit of 1500 Euros in cash is required upon arrival.
