We've selected a modest portfolio of Gran Canaria villas to start with - only four in Maspalomas - but we're thrilled with both the island itself and the outstanding quality of the villas we have managed to source so far. Press Release: New Appointment Heralds Major Expansion Plans for Villa Specialist

Villa specialists, Premier Holidays, have appointed a Location Development Manager to spearhead the company’s planned expansion this year into a number of new destinations.  Martin Peirone has joined Premier from Tui UK where he was responsible for contracts and revenue development in key long and short haul destinations.

Over the next twelve months, Peirone will focus on expanding Premier’s quality villa offering by more than 30% in the Canaries, Balearics, Cyprus, Malta, Gozo, Algarve, Mainland Spain and Cape Town.   At the same time, he will be identifying new destinations both within the Mediterranean and beyond.

Says Peirone “This is a great opportunity for me to use the skills I’ve gained with major operators like Tui and First Choice to extend the reach of a specialist villa operator with massive potential.”

Christine Pearce: Manager of Customer Service

Premier Holidays is pleased to announce that Christine Pearce has accepted our Client Services portfolio. Christine's new role will be focusing on all aspects of improving our quality of service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service overall. Christine is responsible for continually reviewing our portfolio of villas, the quality of our service and reviewing and managing the feedback that customers provide through surveys and other mechanisms.

Her vast experience will help us to put even more focus on ensuring that we retain and improve our excellent reputation by keeping our customers thrilled with our service.

Algarve Villas Portfolio
We are very pleased to announce our new Algarve villas portfolio. We have selected 15 villas in the Central region of the Algarve, priced between £600 and £2500 per week. New Destination Maps
We have added new destination maps to help people browse around the destinations that we have on offer. We have integrated Google Maps into our web sites to enable clients to interact with the destination maps, view important landmarks and, in future, see the exact location of the villas.
2006 Busiest Yet!

Premier Holidays has experienced fantastic growth in 2006, a year when most of the travel industry remained in turmoil. Our bookings volume increased by more than 40% over 2005, and more importantly, our levels or service, the quality of our villas, the breadth of selection and the value of our villas have all improved substantially. We'd like to thank our loyal customers for their ongoing support and the fantastic numbers of referrals and recommendations you give us!

New Customer Feedback Programme

Our Client Services team has introduced a new customer feedback programme that is really helping us to improve our quality beyond its already impressive level. After every guest visits one of our villas, we elicit feedback about many aspects of the villa and the overall experience from the guests. The feedback has been really useful in helping us improve some of the villas and also resolve issues with the villas, and services. We're communicating all the feedback to the many people involved in organising the holiday (transfer agents, property managers, property owners, property service staff, etc. etc.) and ensuring that any issues and/or suggestions are resolved or reviewed. We also respond personally to every completed survey our customers complete.

Thanks to the many hundreds of customers who have participated so far - your feedback has been extremely helpful.

Villas in Portugal - February 2007

Premier Holidays is actively developing a portfolio of properties in Portugal. We are planning to put together an excellent collection of villas in the Algarve and elsewhere in Portugal for February 2007, though many villas may be available from November.

Nikki Allen is responsible for selecting our portfolio of villas there. Nikki has been responsible for the development of the Costa del Sol, Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and the Costa Blanca portfolios and we are justifiably confident that the Portugal collection will be to the same outstanding standard.

Customer Feedback - Wow!

Thanks to all our customers that have responded to the surveys that were sent out last week for every visit since July 2006. The response has been great and the feedback has been extremely helpful.

Premier Holidays has always prided itself on our customer service and the vast majority of the surveys indicated that we are doing a great job. 93% of the respondents rated Premier Holidays at least "Very Good", and 40% rated Premier Holidays "Excellent" (10/10). 88% of the respondents rated Premier Holidays villas at least "Very Good", and 35% rated Premier Holidays villas "Excellent" (10/10). 96% of the respondents indicated that they would recommend Premier Holidays to friends and colleagues! We're aiming for 100% in all the categories, but we're still very happy with the results.

The other side of the statistics indicate that we have some work to do on a few points and that we need to improve the facilities/equipment and/or review the status of a few villas on our books that clients feel are not up to our excellent standards, but we're on the case. We are trying to respond to every survey (there are LOTS!).

Thanks again to everyone who has taken the time to complete a survey. Your comments have helped us a great deal and will help to improve our service to you even more. The surveys are now being sent to every client after each holiday so that we can get your invaluable feedback on an ongoing basis.

Tara Deery Heads Sales Team

We're thrilled to announce that Tara Deery has taken on the management of our sales team. Premier Holidays has reshuffled things a bit to improve our focus on providing our clients with the best possible service - and Tara has been appointed to take the sales team forward. Tara has been with Premier Holidays since early 2006, and brings with him a great deal of experience in the tourism industry in the UK and Mediterranean. He was most recently General Manager of a Mediterranean yacht charter company.

Tara, Mel and Carol are now exlusively dedicated to sales: answering e-mails, phone calls and generally handling all of our customer enquiries and sales-related activities. We have extended our office hours to enable customers and agents to telephone us into the evening and on weekends.

Even Better Customer Service
Premier Holidays has always been proud of our reputation for outstanding customer service - but we are not resting on our laurels! We have new, dedicated sales and customer services teams that will serve you even better and faster than in the past. Stay tuned over the coming months as we make some very positive changes!!
Improved Arrival Day Flexibility
Premier Holidays has been working hard to increase arrival day flexibility across all of our villas. This increased flexibility means that you can book villas for partial weeks, and arrive and depart on any day of the week. You can now also take advantage of less expensive or more convenient flights on non-peak travel days. No more week-only villa holidays - you can now take shorter or longer breaks on the dates that suit you!
New Premier Holidays Site for Villa Management

Premier Holidays has launched a new website: http://bookings.premier-holidays.com, for owners and partners. The new website facilitates the management of bookings, provides booking calendars, reports, guest feedback and a number of other functions designed to simplify the management and communication of bookings for villa owners.

The new site provides a central point of management for property managers and owners - and importantly allows third-parties to quickly ascertain availability online from a single, authoritative source. Further, the facility allows participating owners/managers to offer their properties for online booking via Premier Holidays.
