Estepona and Area

Estepona and Area Villas
The area of Estepona is located on the Costa del Sol 80km away from Malaga. At its centre is the characterful small town of Estepona. Adorned with flowers, palm trees and fountains the town retains its authentic, Spanish, vibrant and colourful atmosphere. It is for many a preferred destination to the busier and more developed area of Marbella. A promenade links the town to a broad and beautiful beach with delightful, local Chiringuitos beach bars.

The enchanting Plaza de Flores surrounded by sweet smelling orange trees or the picturesque harbour are magical places to sit outside enjoying Tapas and a glass of local wine. In the centre is the outstanding church of Nuestra de Los Remedios, surrounded by excellent restaurants and good shopping. Early morning is the time to watch the fishermen selling their catch in the fishing harbour and at night the area turns into a romantic scene with the moon rising over the water. This lovely town lies at the foot of the breathtaking Sierra Bermeja mountain range and a short drive takes you to the charming hillside, white washed village of Casares.

Sotogrande, home to the most exclusive marina on the coast is a twenty minute drive and one hours drive brings you to Tarifa where there is a regular ferry to Morocco. It is an area rich in exclusive golf courses, superb holiday accommodation and a wealth of international cuisine, much of it Oriental. Elegant holiday villas lie in the surrounding hillsides and along the lovely beaches or you can choose a stylish apartment for your memorable holiday in this beautiful Mediterranean location.

Estepona

The city of Estepona is located on the Costa del Sol only a half hour drive from Marbella. It is one of the few coastal towns which, despite the onslaught of tourism, has succeeded in maintaining its pueblo charm and character and offers a wealth of beautiful holiday accommodation. The town remains unspoiled and future development is carefully planned to ensure the preservation of the town’s identity. It has a broad beach called Playa La Rada and a boardwalk that connects the old town with the fishing port and yacht harbour. The old town hosts a wide selection of small shops, cafes, bars and Spanish restaurants and in the centre, Plaza de Flores is a beautiful square surrounded by orange trees, Tapas Bars and fish restaurants. Cobblestone streets and whitewashed houses paint a typical picture of Spain that comes to life at night when locals and tourists alike enjoy a glass of wine along with their favourite plate of Serrano ham. Ever Wednesday there is a big market which offers everything from fresh vegetables, Andalucian pottery and local crafts. On Sundays there is another market in the marina which sells Moroccan and African artwork, jewellery and clothes. Located in the fishing port is a simple fish restaurant which serves delicious seafood, bought fresh every morning directly from the fishermen. Playa del Cristo, one of the most sheltered and sought after beaches of Estepona is a ten minute walk west of the marina and has amazing views to Africa and Gibraltar. We have 3 villas in Estepona.

Estepona Playas

Premier Holidays have carefully selected a range of beautiful, beachfront accommodation along the coast stretching from Estepona to San Pedro. Spread along the beaches are several bars and restaurants locally called Chiringuitos, some of which do barbecues in old sand-filled fishing boats. At night the lights of Spanish fishing boats can be seen out at sea which makes for a beautiful romantic sight. There is also a very good selection of Spanish and international restaurants in the surrounding region, making dining out not only a pleasure, but a culinary experience. We have 10 villas in Estepona Playas.
